To check if your SIM card is supplied by satcom global, open the menu on your IsatPhone Pro, select the configuration menu item, select prepaid SIM and then select the "provider" menu.
Your SIM Card provider will be displayed. If your provider is "SatCom Global" or "SatCom Group", then this item is valid for you.
